About the Expert

Dr. Gregg D. Jacobs has been described by the Wall Street Journal as a “pioneer in the use of CBT for insomnia.” Jacobs serves as an Insomnia Specialist at the Sleep Disorders Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. The Overcoming Insomnia program within SleepCoach is based on his 20 years of research and clinical work at Harvard Medical School, funded by the National Institutes of Health, published the results of his research in peer-reviewed journals, and lectures nationally and internationally on insomnia. Jacobs is the author of Say Goodnight to Insomnia: A Drug-free Program Developed at Harvard Medical School.
